Who we are
BETHA Zwerenz & Krause is a successful family business run by Erwin Krause in the second generation. It upholds the tradition in the areas of real estate development and investment in corporate holdings.
Our claim
Our decisions are based on the vision of a humanitarian world outlook, which places Mankind and the World in the foreground. We therefore vouch for the implementation of concepts such as fairness, decency and incorruptibility. For us durability means a project culture which with care focusses on the consequences of our actions on the World and Humanity.
What is placed in our hands, we want to improve holistically, in as many aspects as possible.
A new era
As initiators, we see ourselves more than ever as implementers of ideas and opportunities.
In order to achieve this we need a clear view beyond simply taking part in the realization of projects. Thus the idea came into being of introducing our own investment platform for Joint Ventures. In each of these concerns BETHA Zwerenz & Krause would be the official founder and initiator.
The group of companies currently comprises a total of 200 employees in four European countries. These specialised teams are responsible for a total real estate value of approximately 4 billion euros. This creates the freedom to identify and pursue new opportunities and ideas and to assess and implement them with experience and competence.
In the future the BETHA Zwerenz & Krause group will be focussing on the further expansion of investments in real estate and health projects as also on supporting start-up businesses. In all these areas, we attach importance to investing in innovative, promising content and supporting new developments.
From the beginnings to the current orientation
Founded in 1950, we have a long and successful history behind us.
We have gained experience, successfully worked on various asset classes and regional focuses with different investors and have thus developed step by step not only our properties, but also our own visions for the future. In the process, we have infused our products with more and more sense of the times and the future.
Since 2020, we have been involved within our classic field of activity – the investment and development of real estate – in particular in the development of forward-looking healthcare projects, as well as new forms of housing for the elderly, but also with our MasterPlan A on furnishings and fittings in the interior of our properties.
We look to the future with confidence and trust, with an eye on innovation, quality and sustainability.
