REALITA GmbH is the operational real estate investor/manager within the BETHA Zwerenz & Krause structure.
The company was founded in 1984 and has specialised in recent years in “value add” and “opportunity” properties in the residential, assisted living, hotel and retail park sectors – in the range of two to 20 million euros.
The core competencies of REALITA GmbH lie in the purchase of existing properties and the development of new construction projects with an increased focus on the Vienna region.
However, the company also takes on the active asset management of the property within the scope of asset management.

The brand `Wohnart` comprises the development of residential real estate according to highest sustainability standards. The unique feature of these developments is the incorporation of art in the common areas.
Already before construction we put an emphasis on art by providing the space to artists during the vacancy phase as temporary studios and exhibition area.
